Mike Tyson has asked his critics  to stop expecting apologies from him and make suggestions as to what he should do to appease them.
The convicted rapist and sports star appeared on Thursday night's THE BIG IDEA TV show and told host Donnie Deutsch that he (Mike Tyson) is sick of saying sorry for his past actions.

Mike Tyson wants to do charity boxing and Mike Tyson can not understand why some people will not stop asking him to apologize for his past.
"If I hit somebody, I'm sorry, if I cursed someone, I'm sorry if I did anything, but I'm not gonna spend the rest of my life apologizing to everyone. "Whatever happened, happened in the past, so what is it I should do? "You should take a survey for all these people that say... 'He's a bum, he's this.' What should I do? Should I just kill myself, should I shovel dog manure? What do they think I should really do? "Should I repent? Should I go to a monastery become a monk?" But one thing Mike Tyson insisted he will never apologize for is the 1992 hotel room rape crime that landed him behind bars for three years.
Mike Tyson still maintains he is innocent. He added, "I didn't do that. I got railroaded. I'm never going to apologize for something that I never did."

The rape case regarding Mike Tyson still really bothers me, I wish I knew the truth 100% for certain.  Mike Tyson is very adamant that he is innocent, and there still seems to be a controversy over this court case.  Some believe Mike Tyson was railroaded and convicted unfairly, and some believe this was a victory for all women, and that Mike Tyson is an evil animal.  I noticed that Wikipedia has an editor that appears to be interested in self promotion and promoting his own web site about Joyce Carol Oates.  He inappropriately  deleted the link to our site www.michaeltyson.com  which was up for a long time before it was unfairly removed from the Wikipedia web site.
We do NOT like or agree with the write up below of Joyce Carol Oates, and we know many long time Mike Tyson fans dislike what she wrote below.  Unlike Wikipedia, we do however want to be fair and show all opinions people have about Mike Tyson even if we do not agree with their opinions.
Excerpts from Joyce Carol Oates article below.
"Mike Tyson's conviction on rape charges in Indianapolis is a minor tragedy for the beleaguered sport of boxing, but a considerable triumph for women's rights. For once, though bookmakers were giving 5-1 odds that Tyson would be acquitted, and the mood of the country seems distinctly conservative, a jury resisted the outrageous defense that a rape victim is to be blamed for her own predicament. For once, a celebrity with enormous financial resources did not escape trial and a criminal conviction by settling with his accuser out of court."

What she says above is not correct.  The defense never said "a rape victim is to be blamed for her own predicament".
That is just not correct, and shows blatant bias in her article about Mike Tyson.
